Sales / Relationship Manager

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; commerce or business preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales, broking, or financial services
- Knowledge of general/life insurance products (Motor, Health, Term, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience managing client portfolios or B2B client acquisition
- Insurance certifications (e.g., IRDA license) often required or preferred
Underwriting / Risk Advisor
Edappal
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Finance, or related fields)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MIS reporting
- Prior experience in technical broking or underwriting (1–3 years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Analytical skills for evaluating insurance risks
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
Customer Support

- Minimum 10+2 or graduate
- Fluency in Malayalam + Hindi/English
- Good convincing skills and soft-spoken attitude
