- Graduate in commerce/finance or insurance-specific programs
- 1–3 years of experience in handling insurance claims (health, motor, etc.)
- Familiarity with TPA coordination and insurance portals
- Proficiency in preparing claim intimation, documentation, and follow-up
- Knowledge of claim rejection reasons and escalation handling
